Practice Manager: Ann McLennan-Simon
Ann is a member of the Australian Association of Practice Managers and the Australian Medical Association (NSW) Practice Manager’s Network. Prior to moving into medical practice management Ann spent many years working as a physiotherapist in private sports physiotherapy clinics, having a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Sydney University. Ann utilises her unique experience of both the administrative and clinical sides of practice to provide valuable insight into the needs of doctors, staff and patients. She completed the Women in Leadership Australia Executive Ready Course in 2024.

Team Leader, Administration and Clinical Services: Wendy H
Wendy has had more than thirty years’ experience in administration and event management. She has worked in a specialist surgical practice since 2009 and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to her position at NCSS. Wendy is committed to overseeing an efficient, confidential and caring service to both doctors and patients alike. In 2022 Wendy added to her skill set completing a Certificate IV in Medical Practice Assisting.
Team Leader, Administration-Patient Fees and IT: Jenna W
Jenna has been at NCSS for nine years and brings excellent IT skills to her role as well as a wealth of experience in medical administration which she ably shares with her more junior colleagues
Registered Nurses: Arli Kennedy & Shyne Mupunga
Our part-time Registered Nurses all have many years of experience working in a variety of medical practices. They provide a valuable service to our doctors and their patients providing set up and assistance with 'in rooms' procedures, delivering information to patients as requested by the doctors, wound review and management, assistance with in-rooms urological assessments, suture removals and dressings.

NCSS is committed to the future development of medical administration and as such employs trainees in Administration, Medical Practice Assisting and Leadership and Management Certificate courses.
Medical Practice Assistants
Medical Practice Assistants are formally trained dual role staff members who perform a wide range of administration tasks and front desk duties as well as assisting with a wide range of treatment room procedures. They work under the direct or indirect supervision of a medical practitioner. Medical Practice Assisting is a two year part-time Certificate IV course and NCSS is currently supporting four staff members at various stages of completion as part of our commitment to staff development and provision of excellent service.
